Michael Baigel is originally from Manchester, England and happily moved to Canada 20 years ago. He has been a Canadian for more than 13 years now. He founded, and until creating Baigel Corp., was the Practice Leader of the Small Business Restructuring team at a national insolvency practice. He previously worked at Deloitte, BDO and other boutique financial advisory and insolvency UK firms.

Jeremy Kroll has been practicing as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in Ontario, Canada since obtaining his license in 2001. Prior to that he practiced as a CPA, CA in Canada and then went into the construction industry on both the financial and operational sides.

Noah Litwack is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and vice president at Baigel Corp. Noah has a broad practice, providing corporate recovery expertise for small- and medium-sized businesses, and formal insolvency-related services for both consumers and businesses.
